After helping these companies build their agencies, Joe and his friends have built an agency that solely focuses on what makes people tick.

Jeff credits his expertise in general, direct and interactive to having spent over twenty years at agencies such as Hill Holliday, Wunderman and Grey. And most recently, Jeff took on the role of President at an interactive shop. This diverse experience enables Jeff to see the big picture while never losing sight of the understanding that great advertising is built on solid ideas that produce results. But rest assured, after all this time, he still faces each challenge with the freshness of a beginner but the wisdom of a seasoned pro.

Christine attributes her ability to anticipate client needs to having been one herself for nearly 15 years. After learning every aspect of marketing from a client perspective she joined the agency world and was an Account Director for several key accounts. Convinced there had to be a better way, she quit agency life in 2008 to run her own consulting business and swore she'd never go back again. Famous last words. Over one fateful lunch she found herself convincing a few friends they should start their own agency and the next thing she knew she was the CMO at cupani.
